While attending the Fashion Institute of Technology (with The Narcisistas), he interned at Vera Wang, assisted at LE magazine and worked as a front desk receptionist at a NYC hair salon. Right out of school, he jumped into the fashion industry as a shoe designer for Sam Edelman. He then competed in season 10 of Project Runway where he won four challenges, including: the Rockettes costume, the Lord and Taylor gown and the Babies­R­Us dress and showed at fashion week finishing in fourth place. From there, he entered back into the industry as an associate designer for the brand Haute Hippie. While at HH he designed in all aspects including fur, leather, handbags, jewelry, gowns, ready to wear, cut and sew, and embellishments. He took a brief hiatus from HH to compete on Season 3 of Project Runway Allstars where he finished in fourth place. After the competition he then consulted for a few months at Elie Tahari as the Fur and Leather designer and then was asked back to the relaunched Haute Hippie to be appointed the Senior Designer of embellishments. There he created 10 collections in seven months along side the creative director traveling to India. Now he is doing custom pieces and costumes while launching his brand.
